Permanent once attached - only cutting removes them. Wash every 1-2 weeks; maintenance about every 10-12 weeks.
This is a permanent style — it does not simply come out. Locs come out only by cutting or a very long comb-out, and a relaxer grows out. The app never sets a takedown date for it.
