You keep ownership of looks, photos, and reviews you post. You grant BLK GLO a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display that content to operate and promote the Services. You're responsible for what you post, and we may remove content that violates these Terms.
Shopping & affiliate links
Some product links are affiliate links — BLK GLO may earn a commission if you make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, BLK GLO earns from qualifying purchases. Purchases are fulfilled and charged by third-party retailers and our payment provider; their terms apply. Prices and availability can change and are not guaranteed.
Stylist bookings
The directory connects you with independent stylists; BLK GLO is not the provider of those services and isn't responsible for them. Bookings, cancellations, and refunds follow the policy shown at the time of booking.
Disclaimers & liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLK GLO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services and our users.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date; continued use means you accept the changes.
